Donovan grew up in Georgia near Chastain Park and holds a BA in Economics from Emory University. For over a decade, Donovan has worked to provide financial service for families around the country.

During his academic career at Emory, Donovan attained several internships with A.G. Edwards & Sons which later merged with larger financial institutions. Donovan has also demonstrated extensive knowledge and skill in analyzing and developing financial strategies for clients by earning his CFP® certification. Awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., the CFP® certification is one of the most recognized in the financial services industry.

Donovan has worked with many families across multiple generations and has distinct experience developing intergenerational planning strategies. As a result, communicating these strategies with the next generation has become an area of focus.

Away from the office, Donovan serves a few civic organizations around the metro Atlanta area including Leadership Perimeter and the Sandy Springs Police Foundation. He is devoted to his wife Christal and father to their three daughters: Aurora, Alice and Alinea.
